EFF Presents: Doppel Album Launch

The recent decision to postpone Earth Frequency Festival to later dates in May this year has left a big hole in our collective party calendar, and there was no way we could just stay home with massive FOMO and let our usual mid-February weekend go by without bringing the community together for a dance and celebration. So we are very happy to announce this event for you all - something to fill the gap until we gather together again properly in May!

Venues in Brisbane are operating on reduced capacities but with dancing permitted which is great news as we all need a dance to shake off the 2020 vibes and reconnect. This also means ticket allocations are limited with just 400 tickets on sale for this event. So jump in quick for tickets .. we're expecting this one to sell out!

Earth Frequency Festival, Open Records and Melt are proud to present the launch of Australian innovator Doppel’s debut album Eucalyptograph at The Warehouse (formerly Family Nightclub) on Saturday, February 13.

Beginning its creation in a closed, isolated city surrounded by fire and ending on flooded ground flung wide open by rain and dance, Eucalyptograph represents a triumphant step forward for one of Australia's most exciting artists of the modern era.

Featuring 11 stellar tunes across the full spectrum of emotions, Eucalyptograph is a reflection on our connection to nature, the digital world, ourselves and each other, woven together with Doppel's trademark lush soundscapes, soaring melodies, intricate textures and deep, rolling grooves.

Expect a full two-hour live show from the Canberra wizard, massive sound and epic visuals from Brisbane’s famous superclub and big support from some of southeast Queensland’s finest talent including Bassic Records head honcho Zigmon, Earth Frequency director Paul Abad and Open Records’ own Boy With Kuch (Boy With Boat and Jesse Kuch) and Butterz v Wilma.
