Embodied Slow Flow

Slow Flow Yoga is an invitation to explore embodied movement where breath, posture and gestures are aligned to tap in to our inner alchemy. By engaging with the parasympathetic nervous system, we are able to regulate and self sooth the inner workings of the body and mind connection. We explore slowing down and building heat to tap in to the subtle layers of our being and dissolve tension. Balance is cultivated from the inside out as we nurture and challenge ourselves simultaneously.
