DIRECTIONS

Earth Frequency Festival takes place at Willowbank Raceway. The venue is easy to find and is under one hour from Brisbane. However, we will have traffic management in place and for anyone arriving from Wednesday onwards for any reason, you will be directed to go through Coopers Rd rather than Champions Way. This is to ensure there are no traffic impacts on the Cunningham Highway.

From the Cunningham highway, turn onto Coopers Road. Follow through into  Ebenezer Road – left onto Mount Forbes Road – left onto Paynes Road. Paynes Road turns into Champions Way and follow event signage to the Front Gate entry. NO EVENT ACCESS TO CHAMPIONS WAY OFF CUNNINGHAM HIGHWAY.

Thursday 2nd May EARLY ENTRY & FAMILY TICKET HOLDERS – EFF Gate #1 9am – Midnight

Thursday 2nd & Friday 3rd May DELUXE & WOW TICKET HOLDERS – EFF Gate #2 9am – Midnight (if this gate is closed enter at EFF Gate #1).

Gates will open Friday 3rd May to ALL OTHER TICKET HOLDERS – EFF Gate #1 9am - Midnight

Please DO NOT show up and expect early entry if you DO NOT have early entry!!

Front Gate procedures

1. Have your EFF 2024 ticket and car pass printed or saved to your phone
(don’t rely on internet connection).

2. Have your CURRENT PHOTO ID ready. (ID must match the name on your ticket)

3. Make sure your mobile phone is charged.

4. Turn up the screen brightness on your mobile phone.

5. If your screen is cracked or it has an old screen cover it may not scan so have a printed version of your ticket handy with your current photo ID.

6. Screenshot any emails or important information/ correspondence that you think you may need. Especially if you think there may be an issue with your ticket (i.e. you are volunteering for a market stall last minute).

7. DO NOT bring GLASS!

8. DO NOT bring your PETS!

9. Arrive with a SOBER driver.

10. Please pay close attention to the signage, staff and volunteers …. Remember GRATITUDE NOT ATTITUDE!

⚠️ Have you purchased a ticket and received a copy?

⚠️ Have you purchased a car pass and received a copy (one per car OR RV/large caravan )?
If not - you can purchase a car pass online or purchase one at the gate.

⚠️ Do you have current photo ID?

⚠️ Is your EFF 2024 ticket and car pass in YOUR NAME??? You can not use a ticket in someone else's name unless they are there to delegate the ticket to you in person. Tickets can be sold or privately transferred via Tixel.
