Applications for Earth Frequency Festival 2026 are now open!
Applications for all Earth Frequency Festival departments are open now, and we look forward to seeing who putstheir best foot forward to contribute to our 2026 event.
We receive a huge volume of applications across all departments every year, so no matter which section you want to get involved in, make sure yours is as detailed as possible so we can give it the proper consideration.
Applications for our Music program will close on April 30 and the rest Creative Program on May 30, but we may extend the process for other sections depending on the needs of this year's festival.
Either way, it's best to get yours in as early as possible to have the best chance of being included.
CREATIVE PROGRAM
The Earth Frequency Creative Program is the heart of the festival and includes Music, Creative Arts (Performance, Visual Artists, Decor/Installations and VJs/Multimedia), workshops, wellness, lectures and panels in the Frequency Village, and our family program in The Crib.
When submitting your application, you will need to enter all the required information and please include as much support material as possible, including photos, bio, music or video recordings, and links to your press kit and social media.

MARKET STALLS
The Earth Frequency Market is a thriving hub of food, art, fashion, jewellery, crafts, massage and information, and a place for our community to hang, socialise and relax during the festival.
Our food stall selections prioritise quality, healthy options for food and drinks, catering for all dietary sensitivities.
Locally-based massage therapists and handmade and ethically-produced wares are given preference in the selection process to ensure the markets at Earth Frequency match our core values and provide a truly unique and appealing market experience.
Earth Frequency also offers a number of free or significantly discounted stall spaces to environmental groups and local charities that we support.

WORK OR VOLUNTEER
We're always keen to hear from friendly and positive people who want to help make our festival happen bigger and better each year.
Whether you’re an experienced festival worker or contractor, a talented photographer or videographer, or just want to help out in our Street Team or as a volunteer, we have positions across all departments available now.
If you’re interested in paid work, we recommend applying now as we have very high staff retention rates and the number of available positions is often very limited.
