WELCOME TO WOODFORDIA
We are excited to reveal that the 2026 edition of Earth Frequency Festival will return to Woodfordia, the iconic festival venue located in the Moreton Bay hinterland of South-East Queensland, just outside the township of Woodford, on Jinibara land.
After the success of our 20th Anniversary Edition in 2025, being welcomed back to this incredible venue is a huge honour, and equally a testament to the vibrant creative community that has grown around our beloved festival over the past two decades, as well as a recognition of the standards and values we align with as a conscious, sustainability-focused event.
The Woodfordia team describe their incredible 500-acre property as “a cultural parkland dedicated to the arts, humanities and folklore”.
Earth Frequency has always been similarly aligned with the core values of creativity, community and care for the environment, and our team is very excited to continue this collaboration in 2026.
Woodfordia offers a wonderful and comfortable festival experience with flat camping, easy access and permanent amenities, including glamping accomodation, hot and cold showers, clean toilets and even a general store.
The lush oasis of Lake Gkula is located in the centre of the festival grounds and provides a beautiful spot to cool off and have a swim in the glorious spring weather of October.
There is a massive vision for this land, with a 500-year plan, projects and events throughout the year, and ongoing tree planting to continually enhance and beautify the property. The Woodfordia team are currently focused on securing the land in a foundation through the A Forest of Goodwill project.

DIRECTIONS
Earth Frequency Festival takes place at Woodfordia in the Moreton Bay region. The address to put into maps is 87 Woodrow Rd, Woodford. The venue is easy to find and is around an hour’s drive north of Brisbane.
We will have traffic management in place around the venue, so please follow all signs and directions when you arrive in the area. Please be respectful to the town of Woodford and the venue’s neighbours. Do not park on their properties outside the venue, or enter their driveways. Do not litter on your way into the festival and follow any directions from our traffic team or local authorities. The festival’s entry will be very clearly marked.
We ask that you visit our Festival Guidelines, Sustainability and Camping pages to make sure you are familiar with the location and event rules before you leave for the site. These pages will give you a lot of information on our festival venue, what to bring, and what not bring, camping options, and other useful info which will help you have a safe and enjoyable weekend, and help us to continue to hold this event in a sustainable way.
