Earth Frequency Festival 2026 Camping Guide: Camper Trailers, Caravans & RVs

Planning to bring your home on wheels to Earth Frequency Festival 2026 at Woodfordia? Here’s everything you need to know about camper trailers, caravans and RV camping so you can arrive prepared and settle in with ease.

A New Option for 2026: Camper Trailer Pass

Thanks to feedback from our community, we’ve introduced a new Camper Trailer Pass for EFF2026.

This option is designed for single-axle camper trailers towed by a car, ute or 4WD. It’s a more economical choice for those wanting a comfortable setup without taking up the same space as larger caravans or RVs.

The Camper Trailer Pass is $40+bf and is perfect for compact touring setups.

RV & Caravan Pass

If you’re bringing a larger setup, the RV / Caravan Pass is required.

This pass applies to:

  • All caravans (single and double-axle)

  • Motorhomes and RVs

  • Oversized vehicles including trucks and minibuses

The RV / Caravan Pass is $80+bf and ensures you’re allocated space suited to larger vehicles and infrastructure needs.

Vehicle Pass Requirements

If you’re towing a camper trailer or caravan, you will also need the correct vehicle pass.

Depending on your setup, this will be either:

  • A Car Pass, or

  • An RV / Caravan Pass

Make sure your passes match your vehicle and trailer size to avoid any issues on arrival.

Important Update: Powered Sites Sold Out

Deluxe Camping for Earth Frequency Festival 2026 is now sold out, which means powered sites are no longer available.

All remaining camping options for camper trailers, caravans and RVs are unpowered, so plan accordingly. We recommend preparing for off-grid living, including power, lighting and water storage.

Planning Your Arrival

Woodfordia is a unique and expansive site, and space is carefully managed to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Before arriving:

  • Make sure you’ve purchased the correct passes

  • Check your setup meets the requirements for your selected pass

  • Plan to arrive together if you want to camp with friends

Final Tips

Bringing your own setup is one of the best ways to experience Earth Frequency. With the right preparation, you’ll have a comfortable base to recharge between dancefloors, workshops and late-night moments under the stars.

Make sure you secure your passes early and come ready to create your home at EFF2026.
